This policy explains what happens to your information when you sign up on the SwimSheet website (swimsheet.app). It covers the website only, not the SwimSheet app itself, which keeps your data on your own device.
Who we are
The SwimSheet website is run by Uphill Digital LLC ("we," "us"). If you have any question about your information, email privacy@swimsheet.app.
What we collect
Only your email address, and a record that you agreed to hear from us. We don't ask for your name, and the website doesn't track your browsing.
Why we collect it
To let you know when SwimSheet is ready and to send you occasional updates about it. Nothing else.
When you sign up
After you enter your email, we send a confirmation email with a link. You're only added to our list once you click it. This confirms the address is really yours.
Our promise
We will never sell, rent, or trade your email address, and we will never hand it to anyone else for their own marketing.
Who helps us
We use a company called EmailOctopus to store our list and send our emails. Your address is kept on their systems so we can email you. Their signup form runs a small script on our page and may place cookies in your browser to make the form work. Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe anytime. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
- See or delete your data. Email privacy@swimsheet.app and we'll show you what we have or delete it, usually within 30 days.
- These rights apply to everyone, including under the EU's GDPR and California's CCPA.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Children
The website isn't aimed at children, and we don't knowingly collect email addresses from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything here, we'll post the new version on this page with a new date at the top.
